            Derek Beaulieu lives in Calgary where he teaches through the
            Calgary Board of Education and at the University of Calgary.
            Author of four books of poetry, publisher of the acclaimed
            smallpresses Housepress (1997-2004) and No Press (2005-present),
            and editor of several small magazines in Canada, he has spoken and
            written on poetics internationally.

            Klaus Peter Dencker was born 1941 in Luebeck, Germany.
            Studies in german and japanese literature. Dr. phil. 1970. Professor of
            Media-Theory and Media-Practice at the University of Trier 1985 - 2000.
            Working as editor/film-director/TV-producer for the German Television
            1971 - 1986. 1985 - 2002 working also at the Ministry of Culture Hamburg.

            Giovanni Fontana born in Frosinone, Italy in 1946 is a multi-talented artist.
            He has experience in visual art, architecture, theatre, literature and music,
            but the major field of his experiences is that of intermedial writing.
            With his visual poems he has taken part in over six hundred exhibitions
            around Europe, in America, in Japan and in Australia.

            Pierre Garnier was born in 1928 in Amiens, France. Studied in Paris and
            Mainz, Germany. Lives as writer, translator and artist in Saisseval, Picardie.
            Concrete, visual and sound poet, founder of "Spacialisme" and editor of the
            magazine "Les Lettres" in the 60's and 70's.
            More than 100 publications in concrete and visual poetry, poetry,
            translations and essays.

            Scott Helmes has been a leading international figure since 1976 in
            experimental poetry. Work has been published in notable magazines and
            recent poems have been published or exhibited in India, Turkey, Cuba,
            Russia and England. He is also a founding member of the Be Blank Consort.
            His work is included in museum collections world wide and his writing
            archive from 1972 to 1997 is in the Avant Writing Collection of The Ohio
            State Libraries. Scott Helmes lives in St. Paul, MN, USA.

            Nico Vassilakis is a poet who works with alphabet both visually and
            textually. His vispo videos have been shown at festivals and exhibits
            of innovative language art. Nico was a founding member of the Subtext
            Collective. His focus is on the creative process of concrete/visual poetics
            as a result of staring.
